12 steps.

My child has an addiction.  To her blanket.  Its name is Dot.  Dot the blanket.  We don’t leave home without it ‘cause if we do, we’re damned.  And I mean that.  I still have the battle scars and partial deafness in my left ear to prove that.

So, I have started using Dot to my advantage. How do I get Anna to cooperate while I take pictures of her? Shove Dot in her arm, and all is well in Anna-land. Below is our most recent photo op showcasing my child's preciousness and her addiction to her lovey. At least it matched. Think I did that on purpose?!

Pepper got really attached to her lovey (which she started referring to bink after we got rid of her binky) around a year old. Sorry, but she still has it and is 3!!!!!! The other day she actually found another one, that someone gave to Vesper as a gift, so now she is carrying around 2!!!!!!! LOL. Actually I would rather her carry around a lovey than have a paci at 3 years old, so I am ok with it. She really only wants it when upset or tired. So now that she calls it bink, we have to call Vesper's binky's, pacis which I find very confusing, do you?!

Hey Ashley -

The sweater and polka dot tights are from the Gymboree outlet. The skirt is from Old Navy. The shoes are from Babies 'R' Us. Hope that helps! :)

OK, first of all, HOW CUTE is that outfit!? :drama

I think it is weird that the boys haven't gotten attached to anything like that. But I guess I shouldn't complain, huh?

Lovely photos. I love outdoor photos so much more than indoor. The lighting makes the photo! (Only second to the baby, of course ;))

Gah, she is so cute! I love those tights. I have a slight obsession with tights (I just blogged about it, LOL).
