It’s official – I’m a mom.

Our house when we first moved in:

Our house now:

Now I can't walk anywhere in our living room without tripping over a toy or falling into a bouncy seat or Pack-N-Play.

But you know what? I wouldn't change it for the world.

ha ha ha, and just wait, it gets worse!!!! We kept putting off buying formal dining room furniture and now that room is the playroom! I will never get dining room furniture now, well at least not til the girls are 16. And then I will be buying cars, not furniture, ha

I am pretending you had JUST cleaned that room when you took that picture. My family room looks that good for about 10 seconds...then my little man enters and instantly the floor is scattered with toys, books, pillows, everything and anything within arms length...

Ugh, I feel you! I wish that I could tell you that it gets better, but it doesn't. Now we just have hideous gates, doorknob covers, and toys scattered everywhere. *sigh*

Your house looks immaculate! I wish mine looked that way .. but yes I agree it's amazing how much room these lil people need and I have a playroom and I still feel like his stuff is everywhere lol. Your floors and decor are BEAUTIFUL. PLease make me feel better and say you have a cleaning lady!

lol... It actually looks so clean compared to my living room. Between the toddler's stuff and the twins stuff and the gates, it is a MESS!

Nah, I don't have a maid. I did just mop the living room floor a few days prior to that photo being taken. There are usually dust balls and tumbleweeds of cat fur and footprints all over the floor. Trust me.

Ahem well then you're hired to come clean my place ha!
I have one room with wooden floors as well and I tend to worry if he will hurt himself on them.

Your "mom living room" looks better than my living room on a good day. We have got to stop hosting keggers in our living room but I digress.

Kidding about the keggers. Not kidding about how awesome this room is. I want to see more pics of your house!
